We have been using Tru-Green for many years to keep the road frontage at our church looking nice, controlling weeds and fertilization. We have the best looking lawn on Telegraph road thanks to your commercial lawn service. We have also had the same person doing the application. He does a great job.
I have a concern in 2016 I was told that I could request that my lawn care specialist be Christopher House. That worked for 2016, Lawn looked fantastic. In 2017 only had Christopher one time. Lawn not so lush. 2018 had Mr. House 4 out of 6 service calls Lawn Looks Nice. In 2019 didn't have Mr. House at all. Called about dead areas in the lawn and weeds. In 2020 missed first treatment window - actual first treatment was 4/21/2020 - crabgrass already established and the wet areas were not treated.
5/19/2020 Daniel Salisbury is out walking my yard when I return home. First time in a long while that a tech walked my yard before treatment. After I talked to Mr. Salisbury he informed me that I could request only having Christopher House, Him or another specialist he recommended by the name of Paul to be my lawn Specialist. Before leaving he said that he was going to talk to his supervisor to have my account moved over so that he and the other two specialists would be able do the treatments in the future. Also he sprayed wet areas. GREAT WORK ETHICS. Since 2013 being with your company we have only gotten 6 treatments annually - and paid for all 7 in advance. I am not too sure why I keep getting skipped or experience extra long wait time between treatments. The lot size is 58,587 square feet. Daniel told me to send this request in.
Today my treatment was performed by technician Blondell Tucker. She was very professional and did an excellent job. I was well pleased with today's visit. I also want to commend the Customer Service Rep that I talked to on June 5th. Her name is Tammy Rediser. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions & concerns.
Billie Hartline our service person gives us great service. He is courteous and professional.
Had an issue last year with certain areas of the lawn where the equipment for dispensing the product had a malfunction and burnt our lawn. It took numerous phone calls to get to the correct person but he scheduled an end of year aeration and over seed to correct the problem areas at their expense.
The lawn shows the results. Nearly perfect!!
