You have made my lawn look SO much better. Plus I know that your shrub and tree service surely saved two of my trees. But what I'm really writing about is how I just got off the phone with one of your customer service representatives and it was literally the best phone experience I have had in my entire life. I called to unfortunately decrease (at least for now) the number of services I am receiving, due to money issues. I spoke with Barbara (emp # 92860) and she absolutely made my day with how pleasant, polite and capable she was. I really appreciated her warmth and efficiency. Thank you TruGreen for hiring such an awesome employee!
Timely schedule & prompts for service
Natasha Jackson (#53680) did a great job today. Despite the wind and leaves blowing everywhere, he service the entire yard, was very friendly and professional.

Ok, I am not good with the computer, however, I have called in and spoke with

for doing my first application. Actually at this point TRUGREEN has not
done anything to help my lawn, except for the first application.
Ask me again, when it is 95 to 100 degrees in July and August, when my grass
looks poorly and is turning brown.
Yes, ask me for my opinion at that time.
By the way, got an offer from Lawn Managers, giving a prepayment of $318.99.
All 7 applications are 45.57 and the lime treatment of $51.00 is free with
basic program.
So while I like Specialists working for TRUGREEN, I wonder about your billing
practices. Plus you should apply senior discount and take into consideration
customers loyalty to TRUGREEN.
By the way, want to say that Derrick suggested I get rid of the moss that has appeared
for the first time in all these years all around the edge of the downhill area, by having
it raked up and have soil applied and topped with grass seed. This was done on
3/4/2020. So thank you again, Derrick for a good suggestion.
The person doing my lawn suggested to wait until the Forcythias (?) are in bloom,
because soil would be a bit warmer at that time, but never the less, we have taken
care of it already.
On top off al that Diane Weatherford also called me, thanking me for my praise of
Derrick, what a great asset to TRUGREEN.I paid TRUGREEN $394.45.
