I get a call from "Trudy" the day before the serviceman comes letting my know when sevice will be apply. And on the day of service I get texts letting me know when he will arrive.

I have referred your “mosquito service “ to neighbors many times. Very good control. I was a bit surprised though when your tech sprayed last week when rain was expected and did come an hour later. I will call for a Re spray if we see any mosquitos as I know you guarantee your service. And that’s a big reason for our loyalty.
