Makes my lawn look great
Knowing what time they will be coming to do my yard. Then I can watch him and see how well he's actually doing without him knowing. I call it homeowner wondering good or bad job. So far everytime I have watch him definitely doing a great job. Last year and once this year. Very happy with the person doing my yard. Wish I had him name but don't have the paper that is put inside my door.

I really appreciated the kind customer service rep who helped me work out a lower rate for all my lawn services. She told me that since I was a long time customer that she would give me a 15% discount. I was very relieved because the serives really add up and it is expensive. I had looked into other lawn services in search of a better deal, but I decided to stay with TruGreen due to the 15% discount. Thank you!
I also received a few calls from a very nice lady who was checking on me to make sure my questions got answered about my tree. An arborist came out to look at my tree where the trunk split a bit. She is very customer service oriented, pleasant, and helpful!
Lastly, the lawn specialists who come out to apply fertilizer, weed control, tree treatments are always so friendly & kind & accommodating. In fact, I don't think I've ever had a rude lawn specialist ever!
Our service technician Alan McConnell is FANTASTIC! He’s VERY KNOWLEDGIBLE. If I have a question for him, he ALWAYS has an answer for me and a solution to whatever the issue might be! He’s very courteous and friendly! Alan is the BEST!!
