What do you like about our services?

Doug Woods has been my tech for lawn service for several years. He has always been courteous and friendly. We had talked about the lawn service on the 14th. He assured me that ,even though I had leaves on the ground that the granules would fall to the ground when the leaves were raked. If I ever have questions Doug is very helpful and always gets badk to me if he doesn't know the answer right away.

Eric just left our residence and let me say that he did a phenomenal job! He appears to have gotten all the areas that were missed the first time we had aeration and seeding done. He took his time and was a very well mannered young man!

Eric just left our residence after a re-aeration and seeding on 11-13-20. Let me say that he did a phenomenal job with both! He took his time and appears to have hit all the areas that were missed the first time we had this particular job done. He was also a very well-mannered you g man!

The services are good and I'm happy with the results. However, the Trugreen specialists are what make it. Blake Collins did a PHENOMENAL job walking me through the services that he was getting ready to do. Blake has great customer service skills - I can't ask for more. Doug Wood also has been my Trugreen specialist and he does an amazing job as well.

Since this is the first year that we have used your lawn care service I want to reserve my final judgment till later. So far I am fairly pleased with the service. I am waiting to see how the lawn makes it through the winter and how it comes back next spring. I think Doug Woods is doing a good job! Thank-up!

Doug Woods started servicing our yard after we were automatically switched fro Mark Tillet's service.

Doug seems to be professional, thorough and courteous. We have two dogs and Doug is sure to close the gates behind him.

I request extra service to prevent crab grass and wild violets. These have been a problem for the last ten years or more.

Aeration in the Spring should be completed and I plan to trim most of the bushes back to allow more sun to the grass areas. I will also re-seed some bare areas. Maybe add sod to the sloped areas.

I have used TrueGreen for several years and am very pleased with the improvements in my lawn. My regular Lawn Specialist, Doug Woods, is great; knowledgeable, hard working, and a true partner in caring for my lawn.

What do you like about our services?

Doug Weeds and his colleagues are dependable, answer my questions, and attend to my requests. They are always curteous and respectful. I am pleased with their efforts. Next year, I want to thicken up the lawn and attend to some bare spots created by my mowing service. I hope TruGreen will continue to ensure the lawn has the needed fertilizer and weed control.
