They come to the house when they say they are. If I have a problem the customer service is very friendly and helpful. When the man comes and I see him he usually tells me good morning and let’s me know what he is putting down.

Did a wonderful job the first year. My yard looked 100% better. I don't know what changed, but the yard didn't do as well the second year. I'm a little disappointed this year. All the Truegreen workers I've met are very nice and helpful.
