Griffin Carroll gets a 10 because he is the best specialist I have had in the 18 years I have used your company. On these surveys I used to write that I wished the lawn care were as wonderful as the tree and shrub service, which was then provided by John Rice. I think we have finally arrived!

The product is very important, but I think the specialist is even more significant for good results. I like a specialist who doesn't just do a few Z's on the lawn, hardly using any product, hardly covering any of my property. Griffin is into full coverage--and I love that! He takes time to hear my concerns and acts on them. I appreciate that!

Yesterday Chase Byrns treated our lawn he did a very through job. Chase was very nice he came to our door and introduced himself.

We used TruGreen years ago and had to cancel our service because the wrong yard was consistently treated. Doug Woods is our new specialist and he is doing a great job. He places the yard flags in the yard so we know we have received our services and leaves the invoices for us.

The tech that applied my last lawn application was awesome. He applied the product precisely. I did talk to him when he was finished, and he is courteous and very professional.

One issue, I just received the bill for the last service, and it has increased. I am not sure why.

Our Lawn specialist (Vincent) was very particular with his care. He ensured to place a sign in the front and back yard as well as placing the door hanger with service summary on the door. He ensured that the yard was covered adequately. I would request him to do all my lawn treatments.
