Isit possible to increase the amount of the mosquito defense because I am still getting those nasty mosuitoes a couple of days after application. I would appreciate that very much. I would like to request Jamie G as my regular technician for Tree/Shrub Insect/Disease Control service.

1. You notify me before the treatment. This is very helpful since I like to cut the grass a day or two before the treatment.

I have the best looking lawn on the block. Don’t see the technicians very often but when I do they are always friendly and answer any questions I have.

I wanted to commend our technician ,Donald V. He was kind enough to stop by after our treatment and tell me that I should wait 24 hours before mowing. Was not able to do that due to weather predictions and travel plans but really appreciate that he took the time and interest to do that. I also appreciate that he walked the treatment around the yard as the riding spreader seems to leave marks in the yard for weeks after treatments. Thank you Donald!

It has improved my lawn. The people are friendly. It is more pet friendly than other lawn care services. The only problem that I have is they seem confused about the area they are to treat and I have addressed it many times. If I am not here they may not do the one side of the house.

They do an excellent job on our lawn despite all the trees and bushes they have to go around and avoid!!!

After having to contact costumer service a few times to address concerns with my lawn (miscommunication), a Trugreen Specialist "Doug Woods" made a home visit to assess the lawn.
He was very professional, knowledgeable & reassuring the issue with the lawn was manageable and would be taken care of with the treatment plan I had bought.

Thanks to Doug and the Trugreen team I"m looking forward to having the thick green healthy lawn I always wanted.
