I would only recommend TruGreen because of my current specialist, Doug Woods. He's very professional, seems to truly care about my yard, & wants to help with concerns. He works hard to earn and keep the business. I wish I had his efforts much more often through the years compared to most others.
I have had a local manager come to my home several times because of the disappointing appearance of my lawn in recent years, and because the tree specialist didn't spray all my trees. Last year, insects had covered my tulip poplar after the specialist supposedly sprayed it about 10 days earlier. The problem was corrected, though my trust in the company is weakened.
Generally speaking, I have been a customer since 2011, and I'm not really a satisfied customer, despite the significant investment. I reluctantly continued with the service this year ONLY because of Doug Woods. If I start seeing different specialists all the time, this will likely be my last year with TruGreen.
Andrew Baumberger is very knowledgeable and courteous and does a good job keeping my lawn looking good.
