What I do not like is the call center. I want to talk to a representative of the Middletown, Ky. company that does the work. I do not want to talk to a rep. in UTAH or California or Miami.

We signed up for your service for the first time this year. Our first treatment was provided on April 4, 2020. We had a fair amount of weeds in the yard and I was concerned how long it would take for the weeds to be eradicated. I watched as the Tru Green employee Mr. Ackerman applied the treatment and was very impressed with the thorough job that he did. I was looking at my yard yesterday and I could not find the first live weed on my yard and our grass is looking VERY GOOD. We have had lawn services in the past that seemed to just see how fast they could service your yard rather than seeing that they were getting rid of weeds and feeding your yard.
I just wanted to let you know that I have been just totally impressed with Mr. Ackerman and TruGreen' I hope we have this same type service for a long time with TruGreen. Thanks for such good service.

For the most part it is something I don't have to think about doing myself. Results are usually good. Always have a problem of not getting all the weeds taken care of.

Last year we had a gas line installed and I had true Green come out to redo the area. Some of the grass came in but the area had a lot of stones in it and it is still bare throughout the length of the install. Can it be checked and see what can be done?

I don't have to mess with the yard other than mowing and trimming.

We have had TruGreen for 2 years this month and what a change in our lawn! I only wish I had pictures of how bad the dandelions and weeds were before we started. Our lawn is beautiful! We are at the intersection of a busy county road and a state highway, so it's a high traffic area, and we get lots of compliments on how great our lawn looks. Thank you!

Starting with the communication on when you will be here and the leaving the report attached to my front door, but most of all the beautiful weed free dark green Kentucky blue grass and healthy 15 year old shrubs and bushes..
