Was having a problem with violets but regular service was not taking care of getting rid of them. Called and talked to General Manager Brian Peters who personally came out to see the problem personally and told me exactly what I needed done and that he would see that his recommended applications would be taken care of. He is a man of his word. He sent Jordan Kogut out to apply a special mixture of chemicals to be applied to the patches of violets. We walked the yard together and Jordan applied the product directly on the violets and it seems to be solving the problem. Jordan didn't just walk around, he actually searched the yard to make sure he got all of the violets. Good job Jordan.
