We have had TruGreen care for our Lawn for years . We started when they were named ChemLawn. I appreciate the fact that they never hesitate to address any question that we have. Also, they even have done another application if we don't think the first application was successful because of rain or some other condition.

I recently signed up for TruGreen when my wife and I bought our house. We noticed that the prior owners didn't take the best care of their lawn and figured we should probably bring in the professionals to help restore the lawn to its potential. When Justin Nelson first came out yesterday I was very happy with the whole experience. Justin talked with me extensively on what all he would be doing while servicing my yard and how he was confident we can restore our yard to look so much better. I am looking forward to what all we can accomplish with this service.
The way our lawn looks
The customer can tailor treatments on how often they want them. If customer is dissatisfied with a service, Truegreem will work with him/her to make it right. Truegreem cares and will listen to what customer has to say. My lawn was treated on a day that it rained very hard at night, washing the lawn chemicals out to the street. Dan T.,, my lawn tech was treating a neighbor's lawn the following week. I told him what happened and he offered to retreat my lawn at no extra charge that same day. Now i call thar good service! He also introduced himself and answered any questions I had. I appreciate the time he took He made me feel my satisfaction was important.
