Consistent on time service
I used to get a call before hand but not in a while
I like the improvement in the quality of our lawn that we have seen since starting with Truegreen.
However, I have recently become annoyed that in three recent applications the technician has been unable to print the receipt that I have been used to getting which gave the details of the application. In each case I was told the printer was down. Please fix this problem.
I need the receipts for my records.

Jordon Kogut completed my follow up service today. I was very pleased when he came to complete this service. We walked over the full lawn spraying different locations for nutsedge and crabgrass. He was very professional. I appreciated his taking time to make my lawn look better.
I still do not know why I have bare spots in my lawn. Jordon thought it may be from heat, but this started before we got into the dry season, around middle of June which was not that dry. Can you provide any help for this?
