Jordon Kogut is great. He does an excellent job. My issue is not his fault. He made a phone call for me today and took care of this issue: Please read my issue as follows:
I prepaid for aeration and seeding. This service has NOT been done. Please speak to your 2 man crew that came by last week. I explained I had been calling corporate for my 6th application because I have a severe nutsedge problem. Corporate promised someone would be out last week to treat for weeds. No one showed. Your seeding and aeration crew came out late last week. I explained that my weed application had not been done. The 2 man crew called the office and left. They did NOTHING. One of the men promised he would tell the office that someone must come out to treat for nutsedge and weeds. No one came. I called and called corporate no luck. Finally I got a weed control scheduled for today. Jordon handled this issue. He is not the problem. In any event Jordan called a local manager and I have aeration and seeding scheduled for next week. Please speak to your aertion and seeding crew and coach them on the proper way to code a customers account that they were sent away and to rescedule. I was home that day and sent them away. I pledge they did NO work. My aeration and seeding job has NOT been done.

Derrick does outstanding work. I hope he remains my technician for as long as I am a customer. His aerator broke down and he fixed it the rain. Most people would have shut it down. He is concerned about my yard and it shows. Ten rating.
I even discussed him looking at my daughters yard for potential TruGreen service.

Adam and Hunter did a great job with overseeding and aeration. They were friendly but also worked quickly. It's hard to stay happy and friendly while working in the heat all day, but these guys made it look easy.
Always on schedule and we are contacted when you are coming. Also my Specialist Derrick Westfall is a hard worker and he lets me know what he is doing and why. Wish he could make it Rain. ha
You let me know when you are coming and you give me feedback on my yard.
My lawn and trees are doing well. TruGreen is very good about informing me when they are coming and leaving a record of what they have done. And they are very responsive if there are any problems.
