What do you like about our services?

I like how my yard looks--weed free and green. I like when people tell me how nice my yard looks. I like how my specialist Jason informs me of what he is applying and I like how friendly and pleasant he is. Jason always advises me of what he has to offer ex: mosquito etc but if i decline he is still pleasant and nice. I like that i don't have the mess of applying the fertilizer and herbicide. I guess the best thing is my specialist is nice and I think he is a good guy.

I can't say enough positive comments regarding Justin Meier. He continues to take special care in the application of the chemicals, communicating the needs of the lawn and identifying problem areas. His personal approach is very much appreciated!

I like the fact that your specialists have a genuine interest in servicing our property and are willing to tailor your standard services to meet our specific needs.
Today I met with Cody Newell, our mosquito defense specialist. Cody listened intently to our specific needs and then addressed them in his work on our property. He understands the primary problem we are facing and worked diligently to address that problem. I have complete confidence that Cody will do whatever he can to solve our primary problem. I believe he did more work today than the normal service level to help solve our problem. He even recommended another service that TruGreen offers to help us address our primary problem.

I met with the associate at the door and went over the area that he was going to spray for mosquitoes. He informed me what he was going to do and answered my questions like "how long should we stay out of the area to be sprayed and such.

The associates always speak to me and ask if I have any concerns or such with lawn care or mosquito spray. They take the time to communicate what they are doing and ask if I have any questions.

I like having a regular technician taking care of my lawn needs. Jason Wilson is the guy. I had problems earlier in the year with not having him, but I think I finally have that issue resolved. He listens to me and takes wonderful care of my yard. Thanks Jason for doing a GREAT JOB!!

The technician that comes to our home is very polite and professional. He walked around our property with me and answered a question I had about pruning and gave me very good advice. He recommended other services, but was definitely not trying to push the services on us. Completely satisfied with the service we get from True Green!

What do you like about our services?

My husband called TG in between scheduled lawn treatments because we had a few pesky weeds that were persistent in being a part of our yard. Within a couple of days (as advised by TG) a lawn specialist came out and addressed the weed problem. Thank you !
