The service technician is always friendly and helpful with any concerns expressed and the yard looks so much better when being treated by TruGreen. Plush and green without weeds. Fair pricing also.

Great service & product. Friendly Specialist that came to the house.....BUT he rang my doorbell at 7:45am and woke me up to ask me if I needed anything? When I asked why he is ringing doorbell this early his reply was that he was instructed to. He was a very nice person but - This is too early to be woken up. It is a pretty general consensus to not make calls on people that early in the am.
Your specialists should be instructed to not ring doorbells prior to 9am.
He should have just applied the application and you could have made other contact with me via email or other contact methods.
Each year our yard is looking better & better! The grass is thick & lush & weed free! Highly recommended!

The tree services, applications have promoted longer life to the trees.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. We tried TruGreen last year as a one year trial to see if it made a difference in how the lawn looked and getting rid of weeds (creeping charley) from our neighbors. This spring our lawn is thicker and weed free - we are very happy.

Although I was not home at the time of the service I could see on my security cameras that the representative (Isaac Ford) was thorough and respectful while on my property. The ticket that was left did a great job of explaining what services took place.

Dennis Frost is the best tree/shrub specialist!! He is very knowledgeable but our trees and shrubs! Very helpful in telling us what to watch for if a problem arises. He has been our specialist for several years and has been one of the reasons we stay with TruGreen!!
Marcion was awesome fulfilling the “entire backyard” lawn service on April 15th, as was required throughout the service contract. I request that Marcion provide my service throughout and request his supervisor, Michael Baker, to approve and arrange scheduling accordingly. Thank you!
