TruGreen's treatments are always effective. IF there happens to be an issue, they are willing to come back and remedy the situation. I appreciate that they always contact me to alert me of their treatment date. It allows me time to prep the yard for their arrival.
I like that TruGreen takes care of my lawn and trees so that I don't have to do it!
The people that come to spray the lawn all seem very friendly. They also seem to be pretty careful when they drag the hose around while spraying. I appreciate that they are careful not to drag it over my plants and break them, especially since I have lilies that if broken will just die and not bloom! Nice to have green grass without a lot of weeds or dandelions.
Technician, Jeremiah, did a great job at the house. They all do!
My only problem with trugreen, is not the service, but the home office not getting service details to me in a timely manner. Lots of times I don't know when to expect someone cuz I didn't get a text or email. Or, once or twice, they forgot to inform me the technician could not come.

We had our 1st tree and shrub treatment on 3-15-24. As she always does Jade Frost was amazing. She is always willing to answer our questions and address our concerns. She is friendly and treats our yard like it's hers. My wife and I would always like her to be the one who arrives at our property to service our account. We have never had a negative thing to say about Jade and we don't expect any either. Keep her in employment because she is well worth it!!

I'm a new subscriber and our first application was just done 2 days ago so I have not had time to see results in our yard yet.
Our Service Technician Mr. Jaime Avila was very pleasant and first contacted me in person to explain the service application he was about to apply. I had been previously contacted via text message alerting me of his coming arrival. He also left a service summary on the front door knob when he was done. I was very busy on a personal phone call when he first spoke with me and had almost no time to converse with him but did observe him through a couple of windows while he was making the application. He appeared to be quick and thorough as he went about his job.
I'm now interested to see the results of TruGreen's 1st service application.
