Dennis Frost has been our Specialist, We are very pleased with his excellent service. This year he used a new product on our Linden tree, as it is susceptible to Japanese Beetles, we had wonderful results. Our tree is over 30' in height, Not only did we not see any Japanese beetles, we had no damage in the upper part of our tree which could not be reached by spraying.

Mosquito spraying works. A little disappointed with the scheduling not happening every 4 weeks, but other than that they do a great job. Last one there was 5 weeks between services and mosquitos were out in full force.
I like that if weeds reappear between treatments that you retreat at no charge.
What would like to say that I believe that my lawncare person is doing a great job. I would have liked to talk with him yesterday (08-04-2020) but I had something come up and had to leave. I had a few questions for him. First, I believe that he answered one of my questions just in his comments which was he noticed crabgrass. I thought that was the issue so I'm glad that he mentioned it. I believe crabgrass prevention is usually in the first part of spring which is usually March and I didn't start my applications until April. So I'm glad that he treated for it in this last application. Second, I wanted to ask him why I continue to get thistles in my yard on the south side. I do treat them on my own using a product that will not harm the grass. If maybe I could get a response through e-mail that would be great. I am working on two weeded areas that will (hopefully) have grass to be treated next year or they might not be able to be treated because I will be putting grass seed in those spots in late fall and will not be ready to be treated in the spring.
Well I think that I have gone on enough but again I am please with my lawncare person.

We like having advanced notice when someone is coming out since we have a dog. We need to make sure our dog has been let outside prior to spraying so that we don't have to let her out again until after it dries.
