My lawn has been looking really good all year. However, the last two weeks, a bright green wide-grass has been appearing. I'm not sure what it is, but my lawn is not looking as nice as it did. I water my lawn three times a week and mow it 1-2 times per week.
Also, to the left of my driveway - looks really bad. Not sure if this is being treated.

i have had you do my grass for some yrs. would like them to take more than a minute. they go so fast it is impossible to get all my grass & i live in a mh park. i pay lot fee but like to have my grass looking good. please stop by & give me a min. of your time. that has been a time where they would come while i am here but not all the time thank you

Have requested phone calls prior to arrival, so dogs can be placed in the house. Compliance has been good, and is greatly appreciated. Service folk have been courteous and friendly, and arrive on schedule as stated on the phone: "Mrs. Last name removed, I am approximately 10 minutes away from your house."
Telephone assistance by Brenda this morning was great. She answered my questions clearly, assisted me with the password page, which helped me get into our account on the computer.

I think TruGreen does a good job spraying my shrubs and trees. Also I get insect control done once/year and have been happy with results.

The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly & fast. Our lawn started looking better so fast. The technician yesterday (Yoshiro White) went above & beyond the call of duty. It was very hot. He was polite & while drenched in sweat he was friendly as ever, answering all my questions. He was fast, but efficient. He seems like a hard worker, an asset to your team.
