Applications are done after notification and properly applied.
They are taken care of without me personally having to be involved. They send a friendly reminder when they have been there which also helps since I am often not home when they come.
Lawn and shrubs look great! No more issues with Japanese beetles that we had prior to starting the tree and shrub service. Service tech will usually check-in with us prior to the treatment or after.

Your technicians do a good job, but your office people either don't listen or ignore the customer when we say we don't want so many treatments. I had this problem with Tru Green many years ago when I used the service. Maybe it's company policy to throw in an extra treatment to get a little more cash?? I'd just like 3 treatments, pre-emergent, late spring weed and feed and an early fall weed and feed. My yard looks great, I see no reason to oversoak it with chemicals.

This month the gentleman that sprayed our yard sprayed MORE than ANYONE has ever spayed and the yard is looking so much better! For this reason alone I have scored you "very likely" recommend your company.
It will be very interesting to see if this kind of service is repeated, as the scoring of service could change very drastically. We have had your service for a number of years, and I have had to call and get a repeat service, on different occasions for this I am very thankful as this type of service "in making it right" is what has kept us from going else where.

We have used Tru Green for many years and our lawn always looks great.
Your fertilizer and weed killer have always been great. This year, however, I seem to have a lot more weeds than usual and a lot of brown sections of lawn. Your serviceman did not seem to know why. That is disappointing.
