I have been EXTREMELY happy with TruGreen over the past 2 season.
On April 25th we had our Mosquito Def & Outdoor pest control done. Erin Coombe was VERY attentive to our yard and was very diligent.

I like the service, but one suggestion I would like to provide is that I like an earlier notice on when the technician will be scheduled to service my property.
I received a notice that a service was going to be provided at 9:00am on that same day as service and my wife and I were already at work. I wasn’t sure if a left the back gate unlocked. Fortunately, I did.
The technicians who work on my property are polite, and professional.

The only problem is the follow up from year to year. My lawn never completely becomes the way it should be despite doing all the lawn service one can do.

I had the biggest complain against TrueGreen of Danbury Branch. After a lot of complains, finally, they are shaping up. I hope they got read-off. bad elements. I can tell last two years they have been doing a great job!! My neighbor has contacted the TrueGreen of Danbury to have their service.
So my fear is I hope they keep on improving their services!
The techs are on time and efficient.

Great guy, knows the property.
Service people came when scheduled were respectful and provided the service expected. Appreciated that last year when weed problems in the summer happened, they came out multiple times to address it. It did not work as well as expected but did make some dent in the weeds.
