I spoke directly to Greg Nash today, my service technician today about treating the lawn near a pool area. I advised him to NEVER TREAT THE LAWN IN THE POOL AREA due to the chemical reaction with the pool, algae, etc. He said he would make a note on my account, although I spoke with a representative the month before to be certain this was never done again, and Greg said there was no note from my phone call last month discussing to NEVER go into a pool area to fertilize. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT TO NOT ENTER THE POOL AREA. I have spent over $1000.00 to correct my pool twice in the past in addition to losing a month of pool time each time this has happened.

The grass looks much better. You show up on actual date. Your billing could be better . I like to get invoice then pay the bill. Not everyone is computer literate and can navigate your web site.

Service is fast. I am always called before someone is scheduled to come out. If the date is
not agreeable to me, TruGreen reschedules another date that works better for me. They
never give me a hard time about switching dates. The technicians are friendly and will
discuss what they have done and recommend things to help me keep my lawn looking
healthy and good. I have had TruGreen lawn service for several years already and am
very pleased with them.
The True Green service really worked. Plus the price is very reasonable for such good service quality.
Always do a good job. And they leave a print-out of what treatment was done.
