i like to talk to you representives when they come to do the spraying and how it would effect my dog----they are always pleasent and informative ----always lwave a report on what they have done etc----my computer doesnot work all the time so leaving a written report is necessay for me.
technician very efficient and made his presence available to answer all questions. we noticed nut sedge was beginning to develop in a small section of the lawn. he thought that his current application of fertilization and weed killers would eliminate the issue, but unfortunately the sedge is proliferating. I was hoping a repeat application could be made if possible.

Very good results with the lawn these past years, however, your service used to leave a phone message a day or two before service was to occur. Last week, I was cutting the grass and the technician showed up to spray the lawn. He was kind enough to attend to another call while I finished up.
I’m rarely home when the technician comes to service my lawn, trees, and shrubs. I appreciate the feedback they leave about the what they did and and conditions observed and how it needs to be handled. I happened to be home today when I had trees and shrubs serviced. The technician, Lisa Robertson, did a very thorough job, was polite and professional.

They were very prompt and they said they were, applications were put down efficiently. My only request is that there be a little more interaction between employee and homeowner.
