I like the fact that service is periodic, I am notified of the date and time and I don't have to schedule anything. I was put off by the fact that a customer service agent could not add services but instead had to refer me to the web site to do it.
Our lawn looks green and healthy much of the time. We had a problem with brown areas which TruGreen came in corrected the problem
