I was home when Adam Fretette arrived to fertilize my lawn. I think he did a very good job. I am not at this time feeling I have to babysit the Trugreen people when they come to service my lawn, as I had to do last season. Hopefully you will keep Adam as an employee as he did do a very good job.
Our TruGreen visit today was with a new associate, Johnathan Adkins (licensePhone number removed).
I have attempted all three phone numbers to discuss my visit, however the wait time is between 2 and 3 hours.
Johnathan was an impressive associate. His attention to detail in our lawn (as we watched through the window) was amazing. Every area of the lawn was treated with professional care. Johnathan moved efficiently but not quickly, and obviously takes pride in his position.
Associates like Johnathan continue to make us proud to be patrons of TruGreen. Please acknowledge his performance to his team and leadership.

Josh was very pleasant and besides applying fertilizer he inspected the lawn for any problems.
He said he would also make n note that my lawn is mowed every Monday so tru Green should not service the lawn that day.
I sincerely hope the technician does a better job thab last year and makes comments about
the correct lawn.

He was clearly knowledgeable in ergonomy and made a wonderful first impression. I'm looking forward to another great looking lawn.
