This was our initial visit from TruGreen and it was excellent as was our Specialist, Jonah Cruz. My only question relates to the area covered, while the Specialist sprayed all our grass areas, our summary ticket showed chemicals that were dosed for a 3000 sq ft covering. As our house sits on about .33 acres, about 13,000 sq ft and out house footprint is about 3,000 sq ft, where did the 3000 sq foot of grass come from? The marketing agent who "did the deaL" told me they have the sq footage and that is what they are going on. Please help me understand.

As a new user of lawn care services, I was not sure what to expect from the first application of product. After approximately 10 days, I noticed some withering of weeds, but not so with the same weed in other areas. I contacted the company online, and received a timely response to my concern. A technician came back to my property (Robert G.) and reviewed, in detail, what had been done, and what to expect going forward. He took the time to point out specific weed types and go over products that were used to combat their growth. He also took time to review mowing and watering recommendations.
While here, he applied a second application of treatment in response to my specific concerns.
I am very pleased with the response time, both initial and follow-up. I look forward to, as Robert says, "being a partner in lawn care."
