9/1/22....I spoke with your technician, Ricardo, mid-June and added the aeration, over seeding and filling in areas with top soil where needed for the lower larger portion of my lawn. He said he would most likely do the job and I stated I only wanted the lower section done. On 8/17/22 a different technician came and did the job, but did it on the upper section of my lawn. This is not what I agreed to and called the local Chicopee office and explained the situation to a young lady who assured me it would be addressed. I also mentioned there was a lot of crabgrass outbreaks on the lower lawn and she again said it would be addressed and scheduled. I didn't get notification of redoing the job so I texted my sales rep, Dan Harrison, on 8/29/22, but to date haven't heard from him so I resent the text and am now sending this message. I was assured of me being happy with your company but I now have this second issue with providing agreed upon services. The first was not receiving the second round of crabgrass prevention in the spring and was told by the local branch that product is no longer on any of the trucks and was given a shrub service to pacify me. Please help me as I do want to continue with your company.

The mosquito service has made a huge difference and I recommend it to people all the time.
The treatments are applied at the correct times of the season. My lawn is looking better every year since it is being treated my TruGreen.

Please do not send Nathaniel Haley (143517) to my property in the future. He was on his cell phone the entire time while spraying fertilizer. He dragged the hose through some of my wife’s flower gardens because he wasn’t paying attention. I have a picture of him on his phone if you want it. I rate him poor. Also, I asked him to schedule a re-service for broadleaf weed killer as I have a continuing problem with plantain weeds. He did not follow through with that request. I send a separate email asking customer service for that reservice for weed (plaintain) spot treatment for next week. 85 Daniels RD, CHARLTON MA.
