you came and did a service that should of been done earlier i will see how my grass is this spring i just .paid for this service and it was not done properly.l never had chinchbugs before.
My grass took a l long time to recover---But- it's quite nice now-- Tru green did a great job

Due to changing seasonal weather conditions it might be better for me to pay as you go rather than prepay and save a little money. Not all services can be completed if you have drought or extreme rain conditions. You end up paying for services that may not be able to be completed.

Very pleased with the changes in my lawn since you took over treatment plan. We had a lot of bare spots and moss in the lawn previously and now it appears to be filling in and very green and lush. Staff has been very nice, respectful of my request to have them avoid the area of the koi pond and all is looking good. Thank you so much for your expertise.
TruGreen stands behind their products, if you have a problem and you communicate with them, they will make it right, from the customer service department to the men in the field doing the work. Thank-you to all the people that have worked at my house and in the office!!!
Today we were serviced by by specialist Robert Graham from the 5855 - Springfield branch. In addition to applying the expected fertilizer application, he noticed turf damaging insects in our lawn and treated for them. We really appreciate his expertise, care, and initiative in taking care of our lawn. Robert has been out to the property many times over the years and HE IS THE BEST! I did not speak with him today as I was unavailable, but I hope this gets back to him. Thank you Robert.

Already have recommended your services which led to new customer for you, my neighbor, the Dybacki's. For what I like about your services - the products used seem to be making a difference on my lawn, which is why I hired you. Also, some of the employees are what I like about TruGreen. Some individuals make promises and never deliver but there are a few that go above and beyond.
The office manager in Chicopee, Sara Zak is very responsive and provides good support and information. For field technician Thomas D is also key in retention of services. (Sara can confirm the name as there are a few individuals with the name Thomas.) Tom is very thorough and explains the services/products well. If it were not for these two individuals I would have cancelled services already due to the issues to date (and I've just started a few seasons ago with you). For the service issues I've reported them already and spoken to several individuals along the way - you can follow up in-house but if needed reach out any time.
The one continual piece of feedback I'd like to again provide is be proactive. If your techs see something with the lawn, say something or take action. If I have huge amounts of crabgrass/red thread/weed issue or some other lawn issue how can this go unaddressed? I don't want free services - just someone to address issues. Either it will be a re-application or explain a fee for product that would clear the issue. As mentioned, too many issues to date but as long as the lawn is corrected soon, no issues and will retain the services indefinitely.
