The staff was very helpful as I had Bag worms eating my tall Arborvitae trees and I called in a panic. They were very professional on the phone and shared what best steps were. The service man was very personable and went into all the details I needed to know. They came back a few times and I am hoping the cocoons that are at the tops which I couldn't reach were killed. I will definitely call them again for help and tell my neighbors about my great experience. Thank you to their great staff.
