We are very happy with the applications; however, I would like to be able to speak to whoever is coming to provide the service before he or she arrives. Since we are not always at home when service is scheduled, we don't have an opportunity to speak with the person before the application is applied so that we can address any issues we are having.

Technician did an awesome job covering my property with weed and feed and followed the special instructions we left to only use granular products on our lawn instead of the spray. We appreciate the attention to detail.
Tru Green was quick to respond when I didn’t think their first application was working on weed control.

It took a couple years of treatment, but our lawn is absolutely gorgeous. It looks like green carpet, front and back It cost us money and we had to have a lot of patience but it’s been worth it.
The aeration and seeding significantly improved my lawn.

I believe that ,in general, the employees at TRUGREEN are trying to do a good job... and most times they succeed in their efforts. Scheduling and then changing times when the technician will
service my property can be an issue... that may be an area where the remote customer service department can improve on. I don't think this is the technicians problem. Overall I am pleased with TRUGREEN... noting that I have been with them for over 25 years!!
In that regard, I am VERY pleased with the technician Manuel Villamarin (65625) as he does an EXCELLENT job ALWAYS (!) in servicing my trees and shrubs. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, takes his work seriously as if it were his property and thorough. I'm pleased that he has been assigned to treat my property.

I deal with Joe and the commercial end and he's very professional kind and responsive
TruGreen has been very attentive to addressing my concerns,regarding weeds, insect damage and bare spots.
The tech that came to our property was tremendous - he was personable, efficient and did a great job with the application of the service - thank you!
They do a good job, are on time and courteous. The lawn has seen significant improvement since we contracted with Tru-Green. The price is fair.
