Specialist James Johnson (#11216) takes care of my trees and shrubs in Groton, MA and he is very nice and knowledgeable. He saved our cherry tree! we love that tree so we are very grateful. James always takes care when spraying shrubs near my vegetable garden and avoids spots where bees are active, both of which I appreciate very much. Overall, I am happy with the lawn service. A very nice woman in customer service/billing was able to help me get a lower rate this year, which was amazing and a huge help. All the specialists that come out to the house are always friendly and able to answer any questions we might have. The only thing that's always bothered me, but more so now, is the use of chemicals. I have a dog and even after 24 hours I don't like him on the grass after an application. Is there any plan to explore safer alternatives? I've heard about pesticide-free applications, but have never really looked into it further (plan to). I'm guessing this can't be done on the trees/shrubs, but what about just the lawns/grass? You do a very good job with my lawn. The mosquitoes are another problem that needs to be addressed because they are still around even though you just did the treatment on the 9th of August it only lasted about three days? How many treatments do I get for mosquitoes?

Overall we have been pleased with the results. However there is one issue that I like to address. Recently I have been notified that a service was going to be performed in the AM only to have it cancelled and reschedule for the PM. That too was canceled. We have not received any further information as to why or when service will be performed. Are you having problems with getting help?
