Recently had Tree & Shrub Insect/Disease Control service performed. Service was performed by James Johnson (Specialist 11216) and I am impressed by the summary of services that he left for my review. The summary was clear and thorough and reflected his awareness of our yard, which I appreciate. I recall service summaries from James in the past and they have also been informative...I thought it would be appropriate to recognize his efforts and to let him know that I appreciate his efforts. I trust my feedback will be relayed to him...please thank him for his efforts on my behalf.

They’re there when you’re gonna be there. I do a good job. I spoke with my fertilizing guy very polite very nice. He told me what was wrong with my lawn and he told me he was going to fix the problem. I had such bugs and eliminate them I am not watering my lawn and a screening up and that’s where I look forward to a nice green stripes lawn. I launch very important to me and my house the way it looks.
TruGreen just did a free service of overseeding. As I paid $2000.00 for overseeding in Oct. 2022. Which I didn't see any growth last fall, but I waited till spring 2023 to see if any new growth, unfortunately I didn't see any new growth. I called TruGreen I believe in April 2023 and they told me the best time to do the overseeding is in the fall time. Another problem is they didn't come out to do the early spring lawn treatment in March to take care of the crabgrass and dandelions by the time they came out in May after a number of calls for service the crabgrass and other weeds were taking over my yard. I'm not complaining about the service personnel who came out as he gets his orders from his supervisor. I've been with TruGreen I think around 2011 and in the last few years my yard has really declined. I hope this reseeding takes hold and my yard starts a turn around. I hope we have good weather in March 2024 and TruGreen gets to me in March not in May as has been the case the last few years. I pay in full usually in late December and should be treated better as a longtime customer.
