The services offered are more complete, including tree and shrub care and pest control. The app is informative, and the people sent are consistent, have gotten to know me and have learned my property to know what is needed. My only negative is the cost, but that is going to be high for everyone right now.

Our specialist today, JASON WARWICK (102829), was most helpful. Very courteous, professional, and understanding. The previous day (25 Sep 2023), we had a different team of specialist perform the annual aeration and over-seeding. Unfortunately, that visit was less than desirable leaving us skeptical when JASON WARWICK arrived on 26 Sep 2023. We explained the situation and he was very understanding and compassionate. He even offered to try and make things right offering to apply even more seeding. Thank you JASON WARWICK. If we could rate your performance higher than a 10, we would!
