Very responsive to all concerns, Antonio who was here yesterday has been here several times. Always does a great job. Great attitude. Having a problem with sooty mold on crepe myrtles. They are working to resolve it.

Chris & Keith came today to perform Trees and Shrub service. Did a great job spraying and treating all the plants and trees. Explain the service performed and the items they are keeping an eye out for.

Extremely reasonable price, very pleasant staff to work with Jordan Evelyn, Brad Greene, Lemar Blanding, and the text-ahead notifications.

Lemar Blanding went above and beyond explaining the services he was going to provide today, where abouts he was going to apply them, and was just overall very professional and friendly to work with.

What do you like about our services?

Sometimes we don’t know or service rep has been to the house…. He’s not caught on our home security cameras (which catch or lawn mowing crew every week without fail), but we receive an email notification indicating he visited but not what was applied to the lawn. I miss the days when a printout of activities was left attached to the front door.

The communication is great- good customer service The prices are very reasonable.

I am not so impressed with the results yet but I have been using their service for the last 4 months only. So I do look forward for the results in Spring of next year...
