The best reason for recommending TruGreen is the fact that they do the lawn work, all the fertilizing and weed control. All I have to do is cut the grass.

Most of the technicians do a very thorough job, and some go above and beyond what they are supposed to do, and I like that, also I like the fact that I can make one phone call and have someone here within 2 to 3 days to take care of any problems I may have
You do your job and then you leave and hopefully finish what you started. In other words I believe you do a good job in what you do. Most of the time I'm not home when you are here so I'm trusting you.

Kenny just finished the last of our 7 Tree and Shrub services yesterday and I just paid for another year's worth of services. We have come to know both Kenny and Tyrone and they have become familiar with our tree and shrub needs. We like the continuity of Tree and Shrub service people that we've come to know and they know us and our plantings have benefited.

I would only recommend truegreen to my friends if every staff member is like Johnnie C. He is consistent, customer oriented, has impeccable customer service. Provides written and verbal summary of what he will do and his suggestions after the service. You need to have him train other members in this art. There are several lawn treatment service but only one Johnnie C and true green has him

Whenever I happen to be at home when Earl Jackson does the service, he always rings the doorbell to let me know he is here and exactly what service will be done that day. He lets me know when he has completed the service and any notes I should be aware of. He is definitely a great asset for your company.
