I called before my most recent service to advise the presence of ants in one of my flower beds. I received a call back from your dispatcher to acknowledge my call. Then, upon his arrival, your technician asked me about the problem. I showed him the area of my concern, and he promised to treat all the flower beds around the house. I appreciate the prompt attention to my issue.

The technicians do giver detailed info after treating the lawn. I wasn't here this last visit so I hope Jabari didn't 'spray' any areas that were mulched since I have perrenial Hybiscus, a butterfly bush and banana plants that are just starting to come up. My specialist was Johnnie Chow from the Ashland branch) and he was very helpful! He explained the treatment plan and analyzed out lawn as we walked through the property. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.
I had a great experience for my first treatment of our lawn. Johnnie Chow was our specialist. It's a new property of ours so he was very helpful in examining the lawn and explaining what he was doing today and the plan future. Very personable and knows his stuff!

- Larry Connin provided excellent service. He was very engaged by explaining what will be applied to the lawn and how it will help. I would like to have him again as the technician. Time will tell what the actual results are, but I liked his approach.
- The Lawn Assessment report left on my door is helpful.
- I like the real-time map tracker to see when the technician is expected to arrive at my house (I prefer to be present).
The technician always does a great job. Today's service was provided by Richard Johnson and he was polite, explained what he was planning to do. He was very professional.
