Continue with the phone calls to alert customers when technicians are scheduled to service the lawn. This allows us to take the necessary precautions to prepare for the technician (e.g. watering or not watering the lawn. Special Thanks to Antonio T (Branch 5825) for going the extra mile to contact owners by calling and asking if I have any concerns with my Lawn.
Customer/technician relationship is very important and Tru Green should ensure that that the same Technicians are servicing the same properties. Some technicians do more than others and I would like to have Antonio be assigned to my Lawn if all possible. He is a very caring and dedicated individual. Thanks.

My one concern about TruGreen is the cost, especially that of the aeration and seeding. Also the cost per visit for lawn service increased by almost 4% this year over last year. At some point I will probably not be able to afford even the lawn service.
