Kevin Levy and Arkady Kurihine arrived at my property yesterday afternoon to apply my first lawn treatment for the season. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to walk the property with me and explain the current condition of my lawn and what they planned to do to get it in shape. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful. After assessing the lawn, they went to work and expertly applied the first application. I couldn't be happier with the service and look forward to seeing a better and healthier lawn this season! Rick Mills does a GREAT JOB with my lawn and in telling me the lawn issues I have and how to remedy these issues. He deserves a raise and gold stars with his customer service.
David always does a good job of my tree and shrub services. I would not trust anyone else beside him. He serviced every shrubs and I had at least 10 of them like 10 different flower beds not just 10 small shrubs. He enjoyed what he was doing as we could view from the outside cameras. I wishes you have more technicians like him. Ask him his secrets to improve your company services. I'm surprised if anyone complains about him.
I pay annually and they come and apply fertilizer, etc at appropriate time. I don’t need to be at home. I’m very satisfied with service. My son-in-law cuts my lawn as needed.
