I like the fact that you notify us when you are going to provide services and let us know when you are on the way. Your service personnel are super.
When your service Tech (Calvin Jones) took a look at my lawn he was able to see what it needed. So, instead of doing what was scheduled he got permission to give my lawn the treatment it needed. That is the reason I wanted to see the service Tech. To be honest, if you had said no I would have taken my business to another company. Please, I continue to request
that whom ever you send to my address I would like to see and speak with them before they start any application to my lawn, thank you.

Excellent service and care of our lawn?
I am generally happy with services provided. I do have 3 complaints. 1) there is no longer any notification ahead of time about upcoming services, 2) There is a much too wide spread when seeding is performing, throwing seed into all mulch beds, sidewalks and other areas where there should not be grass, causing much more work for me, and 3) during the latest spraying of shrubs, the oil was also sprayed over many of the windows in my house, which I had recently washed. I now have to do them all over, and the oil is not easy to clean off.
David is a very kind and hard worker. He communicates with me every time he comes.

On 10/6/22 my grass was Aeration and Seed, but I still have big bare spot in front and back of my house. but they did a good work.
