I have only had one treatment so far. Jimmy was treating our neighbor's lawn and saw me working in my garden. He was friendly and struck up a conversation then asking if I was interested in lawn treatment as well. As he was able to offer a quote and treatment on the spot I decided to try it. If he had had to schedule someone else to visit to give a quote or return to do a first treatment I would not have bothered. Jimmy walked through my yard with me and talked about what my lawn needed, identified various weeds by name, what I could do to help the products work their best and made sure I had his contact information in case I had questions or concerns. He did all this without being pushy or insulting (our yard is in really deplorable shape, it would have been easy to try to shame us into treatment, but he did nothing of the sort). Jimmy's friendliness and expertise sold your company. I am eagerly awaiting our second treatment as the first made a noticeable difference but, as expected and normal, weeds prevail in a lawn in the condition of ours. I hope either Jimmy, or someone equally friendly and thorough continues our treatment plan.
My yard looks way better than I'd expected in this short period of time. There are still a few weeds the area between the sidewalk & curb that was ALL weeds previously. Next time, please apply your magic to the other side of my driveway where I have about 4 feet of untreated yard.

The result....my lawn looks beautiful.
I gave a rating of 10 because Jimmy Hoffmaster preformed the lawn service this morning. In all the years I had Scotts and TruGreen NO SPECIALIST EVER treated my lawn as it was their own. NEVER have I had specialist that took the time to do a thorough application and do it right. Previously there specialists, I use the term loosely, who, from what I observed, were playing beat-the-clock to see how fast they could finish the job only to sit in the truck for 10 minutes or so afterword.
I debated if I wanted to continue with TruGreen but after having Jimmy perform the service I'm very happy I continued. Jimmy is old school, he takes pride of ownership in what he does. IF Jimmy does not perform future services I will cancel my account.
It is best if you can actually talk with the technician while he/she is doing the work.
They are responsive to specific questions.

We're so pleased with our tree and shrub service thanks to our specialist, Caroline Voss. We can't say enough about Caroline as she's been caring for our home for several years now. We currently live in a older home that also has older and more fragile shrubbery so the utmost care is required. We trust no one but Caroline to keep our shrubbery happy. Her expertise, dedication, and perseverance is unmatched. TruGreen is lucky to have her on their team and we're lucky to have her as our specialist!

Prompt service as promised, like the detailed diagnosis of my lawn on both print and online. Wanted to rate your services for a 10 but need to see the result on grass first, so far there was only one service performed. Btw, on the service details it says 1,400 sq/ft were treated, did it include my back year of 400 sq/ft behind my garage? Just curious ...
