If my technician is not up-to-date in this area and is not real confident to answer he will contact a staff member and the staff has been very happy to explain details with me. One of the most appealing qualities of this company is they call with the date, time and the work that will be doing. I have been very pleased with the service given to me and my yard looks much healthier and green and they told me how to plant seeds in some of the more shaded areas and it worked for me! I am very happy with this company love their down-to-earth technique. Look forward to this year with the PROS! Love my GUYS Maybe we can go way out and build a patio!!!Ha!,,,🤚🏾🙀😘

giving customers only less than 24 hours notice before you perform a service is rude - - you are not providing sufficient time to rake leaves, cut grass, pick up fallen tree limbs and branches and pick up hoses, toys, lawn furniture and other yard debris so that your technicians can provide the best service possible - - surely you know 3 or 4 or 5 days in advance when you are going to be in a neighborhood to do service so share with your customers - - everyone will benefit
i like knowing that they are provessional and will listen to what we feel is needed.
