I really like the green grass and being weed free! Ingram is the best person ever to come out and take of my lawn each time. He always explains what he is doing and what and when to expect it. I would also like to say that Lynn, the Customer Service person in the Sterling is always available to help me get the service scheduled, as I have had several very bad experiences with the call center people. It is because of Lynn and Ingram that I am still a customer.
I like it when your tech calls the morning he plans to do my lawn. The advance notice also is a nice service. The weeds are slowly disappearing and my grass is greening up. There is still one bare spot that still needs to be taken care of this fall. I am pleased with the work so far this year, big improvement.

the last technician said on the receipt that he knocked on the door. He did NOT! I was there and saw him spraying. Why would he lie??

I didn't order Grub Control and didn't respond to the email that I received about it, but it was applied on June 1. I'll pay for this application but I do not want and will not pay for any other services other than my basic plan that I agreed to.
My lawn looks great and Jimmy Hoffmaster is an outstanding company representative.
Helpful service technicians
Jeff Funk has been taking care of our lawn for quite some time now (years). I have noted that he approaches each service with a sense of purpose and excellence. He has always been willing to do a little extra to make ensure that everything is covered. I also not that he is very polite and helpful in providing advise on what I can do to ensure a healthy looking yard.
I offer my highest recommendation for Mr. Funk.

The Service Specialist is very attentive to the lawn and its needs. He did a thorough job on 5/22 of applying broadleaf weed suppression (Dicamba) in the back yard, and around a tree base in the front yard, where many weeds are now dying back. Thank you for this. The grass and the lawn look health and great.
However, we have had trouble with TruGreen over the last 2 seasons with Dicamba "drift".
In the front yard, on this service date, 5/22, some of the broad leaf killer drifted onto our Vinca flowers planted at the front stoop. In the 10 days since the spraying, on the front row, left side (facing the house), near the edging on the lawn, 3 plants have shriveled and died. This is not good.
I urge all TruGreen specialists who are applying broadleaf suppression to stay WIDELY clear of all flowering plants and broadleaf bushes and plantings. Dicamba is a powerful killer.
If there is any wind or breeze on the service day that can carry the spray beyond the grass in the lawn, please refrain from spraying totally, and return another day.

I waited until today 5/27/19 to see the results. To be honest I was not going to renew for this year because last year I was not happy with your service. Weeds kept growing and the grass was dying, I never saw a crew member to explain to me about my grass. Finally, I met Angel Fernandez and everything changed. He explained to me in details what was going on with my grass, gave me recommendations, but the most important thing was that he treated the yard completely, took his time to spray where I told him where the weeds were. Today, my grass looks so healthy, and new grass is growing, there were like 10 different kinds of weed growing everywhere, now there is none.
So what I like about your service is when somebody takes his time to do the right job, and Angel Fernandez did exactly that.
