63115 Carl Davis spent some time with us yesterday talking about our lawn. explaining what's going well and what we need to do. Recommending changes to our lawn cutting. We just really appreciated the time and attention he spent and we think it was great advice. It really personalizes the service and makes it seem much more valuable than just driving by and spraying the lawn. I'd encourage more interaction with customers.

The specialists who service my lawn do a good job. I especially would like commend Carl Davis who serviced my lawn on May 13th. He was very informative in answering questions about problems I've been having eliminating mushrooms and moss in my lawn. Also, he took the time to write out his recommendations in the comments section of my receipt.
I will say that I feel we had a great start with TruGreen and then we started noticing a decline in the condition of both our front and back yard. After discussing the issue we are now seeing a much better yard.
I would like to personally thank Antoinne Williams (1084) who serviced our yard yesterday who took the time to pick up dog toys around the yard before and during spraying. This is something we always seem to do prior to TruGreen's visit. This detail is VERY much appreciated.
Carl Davis who usually services us is extremely professional. He always updates us on what he has done and what he sees may need service. He makes sure our cat is not out when he is spraying the lawn which is very appreciated!

Your Specialist 63115, Carl Davis, visited us on May 6th. After he applied an application, I walked out to talk to him. I was informed that he was updating our record to include lawn area that had been missed from the aerial survey due to the large tree canopy. Since that area is somewhat surrounded by trees and shrubbery, I had been concerned about whether or not it had been missed in the past.
He explained the present application and recommended how to reclaim part of our lawn that had been dug up due to septic system repairs.
Carl took time to talk to me and answer all my concerns. He is an asset to your company and deserves recognition.
