I like how my grass looks. It has really helped my lawn.
I like that they always communicate when a service is due and when they will be arriving. We are an apartment community, and it is necessary that our residents are kept aware of any upcoming treatments. I especially like that the grass looks nice and green.

My grass is much nicer and greener than my neighbors all around me. I look around and see bare spots and brown all around while my yard is healthy and green even during some of the winter months. I am very happy with the service provided.

Very dependable and efficient/
I have had an accounts for lawn, tree and shrub care for decades. TruGreen is an excellent and competent company and saves me substantial time and effort fertilizing and treating my yard on my own.
My only reservations are: (1) TruGreen does not conduct periodic soil tests for pH conditions and other indicators to underpin their treatments; (2) sometimes the technicians fail to leave their invoices that document what they did and chemicals used; (3) the technicians do not try to talk to me during their treatment visits despite claiming that they do.
Fix these concerns and TruGreen will get a "10".
