After several years of using the TruGreen services, my grass looks so nice, green, thick and healthy. The one thing I have been disappointed in at times is that the service techs do not always leave the sign in the yard and/or a ticket hanging on my front door when they are finished and before they leave my yard. Those times I do not see evidence of treatment in the grass, so I don't know if he did a treatment or not. I have to call the TruGreen phone number to request I be mailed or emailed a copy of the ticket which I normally receive one way or the other. I've been told a tech sometimes does not leave a ticket because he might run out of paper in his machine. My suggestion is that he should carry a couple extra rolls in his truck.
It works! Your team is excellent to work with they always notify me prior to a service. Service is thorough and I can tell the entire team working at my property cares.

The service is regular and there is a phone call to notify me that the technician is coming.The. Technician seems to be very knowledgeable about the treatment, the grass and whatever Else is growing in the yard.
