i like that the servicing are worry free. I don't have to be home. They are just done while i'm at work. i like the auto pay and that if you don't service my lawn that month, i'm not charged.

I have used Trugreen for several years, actually I was the first in this 11 home enclave. We've always received compliments on how beautiful our grass looks. My compliments to Craig Hambach, who does an outstanding job and is always pleasant, engaged, and informative.

Always good service but I’m not in agreement with technician regarding whether or not wire looking grass being Bermuda grass. What would you suggest for better assessment?

Fabio performed our insect control service last week. He was thorough and deliberate as he made certain that all areas of our property were properly treated. This has been Fabio's method of work during the many years that he has treated our lawn for a variety of TruGreen services. We are always happy when Fabio comes to our home.

Our yard, trees and shrubs continue to look great. This year, have a couple of bushes dying and we see tent caterpillars in the trees. This still needs to be addressed. However, we have little or no weeds and broad leaf has been eliminated. Fabio is doing a great job.

I have valued over the decade plus that TruGreen has tended our lawn the stability of the technicians who have serviced it. I believe I’ve had just 3 men over that period, which speaks well of the company. Quite easy to become on a first name basis with these techs, and they have always been courteous and receptive of my questions and requests. I appreciate that their work/result rate is impeded by Montgomery County ban on certain weed preventers, and this must be a considerable frustration.
My current technician is Chris, and he’s terrific. I receive scheduling reminders, and he even called me from the road to give me his anticipated arrival time. He walked our yard to find issue spots before he began his applications, which I really appreciated. Very thorough with his work, and a great sense of humor, too. This is hot, tiring work but he always manages a smile and brief chat.
