I received my second service for this year by my AWESOME tech - Fabio C.
It was wonderful to see him service several homes on my street instead of the company sending different techs on the same day to the same neighborhood. Hopefully this is the way the company can schedule appointments in the future.
Also, I called customer service today in order to figure out how to leave a comment online and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucy from Michigan. She was very patient and helped me find where to leave this comment on the computer. I wish every time I called Trugreen I got Lucy on the phone.

My recommendation:
In order for the owner to be satisfied with service is rendered in full, the specialist should have a dialog/phone call on the service address.
Having it documented and charging the full fee on incomplete task eventually becomes a stigma to seek better service/business.

I like the fact that the Tru Green technicians let us know what they will doing that day, if we are at home. And then leave a communication that spells out what service they provided that day.
