The lawn results are immediate, the reminder calls help, and the service reps are on time and professional. The fact that I can refuse any recommended service visit that I don't deem necessary for my lawn puts me in control of the contract and cost, as opposed to being held hostage to a fixed price year long contract. I would really really like to get an occasional discount though.
I tried another lawn service for 3 years and never saw any improvement. I kept seeing Tru Green trucks around so called them. I signed up and in less than a week you were out with the first service. Now the lawn looks great. Fabio Curzi is our rep, and is very personable, and will take the time to talk about the service if I am home and ask a question. He set the bar pretty high for all the reps to live up to. Very pleased with him and the service.
