However, I would so much like to see my lawn services spelled out in detail. I have four more "services" through the end of the year, but other than over seeding, I have no idea what I am paying for or what I should expect over the next four months.
If there is a place on your website that spells out the different services I receive with my plan (early spring - preemergent treatment; spring - fertilize, and so on through seeding and winterizing)

I received a Tree and Shrub Service today 9/11/2017. The service and technicians are great - but I have some questions: How come you advertise your Tree and Shrub Service as TREE and SHRUB SERVICE, when my technician only treats my shrubs? My statement of service states "Today, I applied an insecticide and fungicide to your ornamentals ...." No mention of anything being applied to or for my trees. To me that is false advertising. What does the Tree part of your Tree and Shrub Service consist of? Second - how come my account has not been updated to reflect that I have signed up and paid for Tree and Shrub Service?

Fabio is a very friendly yet respectful specialist. He always knocks to informs us of his presence and answers all questions knowledgeably. We missed him in the past when he was assigned elsewhere.

Fabio Curzi, our Tru Green Specialist, has been servicing our lawn for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is most helpful in answering and addressing any questions and concerns we have regarding our lawn. Our neighbors often comment on how lovely our lawn is and, on many occasions, ask to pick up our grass bags to use for composting their gardens! Only the BEST for their gardens.

I have always taken care of my lawn myself. Now that I have an acre and am a 60 year old female this really helps me. I've always been nervous about a service as I worry that it will be watered down chemicals and not effective. Will see how this goes!

I do , however, have an issue that to date has not been resolved. I have asked your office that I want to be present when service is provided. Unfortunately, a auto message is left regarding the scheduled service and each time I have been out of town.
Maybe you need to have me confirm that I have received your message to plan accordingly.
The professionalism of the service providers has always been outstanding. We have been loyal customers for many years and continue to be satisfied with the courteous team both in the office; customer service representatives; managers, and all of the employees who apply the treatments to our lawn and shrubs (when we have that service).
