I like it when the people who are coming out and doing the lawn service talk to you. I know that you had stopped this during COVID. I do not know if you have reinstituted the policy that the service person will announce their presence to do your lawn as the time of application to discuss any issues or concerns you might have. I talked to the service person when he was last out here and it was very positive.
Sisqo Scott was very informative and courteous. He was thorough in his treating our yard. His work standard is miles above the service we get from the other technicians. If Sisqo was our dedicated technician, we would never think of going to another company. Sisqo deserves to be recognized both socially and financially for his excellent service.
I have been dealing with Andy Ferrell for over 15 years and he is the main reason I have stayed with TruGreen all these years. Andy has handled every concern and every question I have had over these years with grace and professionalism. When an in-person visit was required, Andy would send Bill Hamilton out. Dealing with Bill has always been a pleasant and fulfilling experience. Bill will walk the property and point out the solution to the exact issues for which I was seeking answers. There are some very nice corporate people with whom I have dealt over the years, but the "hands on" resolution to questions and concerns is always the best. That is where Andy and Bill excel. So many times I have competitive companies come to my door and try to get me to leave TruGreen, but by the time I explain our working relationship and how much Bill and Andy care, they leave with a new appreciation of why I will not change from TruGreen for my home and my commercial account which is a church on a large acreage lot. TruGreen has kept all the original trees beautiful and inviting.

My lawn specialist Donald Papinue, has been servicing my yard for many years with care and procession. He treats our lawn like it is his own. Donald works with me to eradicate any problem areas caused by the extreme heat and humidity in the summer months. If the lawn to too wet from rain to operate the equipment he will reschedule the treatment service. That is what "I say is looking out for his customers"
